Mission
JPA Health Communications is dedicated to understanding the health industry from global trends to exclusive issues. It is through meaningful communication and solid relationships between industry and stakeholders that we are able to design and implement fresh and innovative health communication programs with an impact.
Global Health Expertise
Since its inception, JPA has demonstrated a commitment to developing health communications programs in the United States and abroad. We’ve built a reputation for executing effective global health campaigns and for maintaining relationships with international advocacy organizations, influential reporters and other relevant stakeholders.
JPA’s expertise spans a broad range of health issues and cultures. We navigate regional and country-level regulatory and market access issues and are deeply familiar with the challenges and opportunities facing industry, professional and patient communities overseas. With one of our offices in Paris, JPA provides ongoing, on-the-ground support to a growing European client base.
JPA’s recent international work includes a patient advocate workgroup addressing the unmet needs of European chronic myeloid leukemia patients; an assessment of attitudes and awareness around prostate cancer in Brazil; and facilitation of global roundtables and advocate advisory board meetings in the EU region, with a focus on health education and policy. We are known, in particular, for our ability to build long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships between industry and advocate groups, addressing shared interests and goals.
JPA’s international presence results in vital patient education resources that span country borders. We deliver multi-lingual patient tools, ranging from thoughtful print materials and communiqués, to engaging video series and supportive, patient-friendly websites.
When on the ground support is essential, JPA leverages partners from the International Public Relations Network. IPRN is the world's largest independent public relations agency network representing communications firms that think globally and provide regional services. Through IPRN’s global network, JPA maintains competent and skilled public relations allies in more than 35 countries, spanning six continents throughout the world.
